Around 3 PM, the Brush and crew of 4 responded to Middle Paxton Township, Dauphin County to assist on a mountain fire. The crew assisted for 4 hours before the fire was contained and handed over to DCNR for the remainder and units returned. Just before 5, the Tanker and a crew transferred to Company 41 (Union of Carlisle) while they operated on a first due commercial fire. During the standby, the Tanker was summoned to assist with a large log pile fire in Penn Township. During both incidents, additional members staffed the Station and continued with the regular maintenance checks for the evening on all the equipment.
