Saturday evening, the first alarm was sent for the reported building fire in the first due. EPPD arrived with a working house fire with an occupied restaurant as an exposure. Chief 20 arrived assuming the command while Squad 20 split laid a supply line to the rear with the Tanker completing to the hydrant. Truck 17’s crew started searches while the Squad and Tanker crews started an interior attack with multiple lines. Mutual aid from Marysville, Hampden, West Shore, Harrisburg City and New Cumberland DLA assisted on the scene with the fire held to the original fire building.
