The National Weather Service has placed Cumberland County under a Winter Storm Advisory from 1:00 PM on Sunday 1/16 until 1:00 PM on Monday 1/17. It is expected for the Central Pennsylvania area to receive multiple inches of snow with the possibility of ice. Please keep yourself informed and up to date with the weather forecast as it changes prior and during the storm. Any travel will be an issue so please plan accordingly and as always, if you can stay home, please do so. Also a friendly reminder to keep all ventilation and exhaust pipes clear of snow along with keeping snow cleared from any nearby fire hydrants in case of an emergency.
