Tuesday evening, members were led through a medical response refresher by Medical Officer Littlewood. A review of medical equipment carried by our company, protocols and skills prior to reviewing airway control. The final part of the training was multiple real based scenarios for members to prove skills needed to provide care to patients prior to EMS arrival. The company continues to keep our members fresh on these needed skills as a basic part of being a Rescue Company.
